CDH5 produced in Sf9 Insectcells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 583 amino acids(25-599a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 66.2kDa. (Molecular size on SDS-PAGEwill appear at approximately 70-100kDa). CDH5 is expressed withan 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietarychromatographic techniques. Purity >90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
