This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Lactate Dehydrogenase A. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Lactate Dehydrogenase A and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Range: 0.156-10 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.069 ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Lactate Dehydrogenase A were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
