Description
Mouse Anti-NKX2.1 Recombinant Antibody (CBYJT-1499). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to NKX2.1 (NK2 Homeobox 1). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as IHC-P, IF, ICC, FC. NKX2.1 is a protein initially identified as a thyroid-specific transcription factor. NKX2.1 binds to the thyroglobulin promoter and regulates the expression of thyroid-specific genes but has also been shown to regulate the expression of genes involved in morphogenesis. Mutations and deletions in NKX2.1 are associated with benign hereditary chorea, choreoathetosis, congenital hypothyroidism, and neonatal respiratory distress, and may be associated with thyroid cancer.
