    DescriptionMouse Anti-Nkx2.1 Recombinant Antibody (SPM150). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to Nkx2.1 (NK2 Homeobox 1). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB, FC, ELISA, ICC, IF, IP, IHC-P, IHC-Fr, CyTOF. Nkx2.1 is a transcription factor that binds and activates the promoter of thyroid specific genes such as thyroglobulin, thyroperoxidase, and thyrotropin receptor. It may function in organogenesis and/or reproductive maturation and development.
