rH2R-GsalphaS(AC) is a fusion protein in which the GsalphaS N terminus is linked to the C terminus of the rat H2 receptor (rH2R) via a hexahistidine (His6)-tag.ples to Gs proteins to activate adenylate cyclase. The fusion protein allows for highly sensitive analysis of receptor/G-protein coupling in terms of ternary complex formation, guanine nucleotide exchange and AC activity.
