This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Fatty Acid Desaturase 2. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Fatty Acid Desaturase 2 and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Range: 1.56-100 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.64 ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Fatty Acid Desaturase 2 were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
