This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Acid Phosphatase 2, Lysosomal. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Acid Phosphatase 2, Lysosomal and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Range: 62.5-4,000 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 24.2 pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Acid Phosphatase 2, Lysosomal were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
