Description
Recombinant Human Ubiquitin Thioesterase OTUB2/OTUB2 is produced by our E. coli expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Met1-His234) of Human OTUB2 fused with a GST tag at the N-terminus. Ubiquitin Thioesterase OTUB2 belongs to the peptidase C65 family, functions as a hydrolase that can remove conjugated ubiquitin from proteins in vitro, may plays an important regulatory role at the level of protein turnover by preventing degradation. OTUB2 is expressed at higher levels in the brain.
