Otulin (FAM105B) is a C65 type peptidase and a member of the ovarian tumor (OTU) protein super-family. Otulin has exquisite specificity for linear (methionine-1-linked) ubiquitin linkages and has been shown to play a role in the regulation of NF-kappaB mediated signaling.
