CD18 Human Recombinant produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 686 amino acids (23-700 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 75.9kDa (Migrates at 70-100kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). CD18 is expressed with an 8 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Purity >85.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
