This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Aldehyde Dehydrogenase 3 Family, Member A1. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Aldehyde Dehydrogenase 3 Family, Member A1 and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Range: 0.78-50 ng/mL. Sensitivity: 0.34 ng/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Aldehyde Dehydrogenase 3 Family, Member A1 were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
