Description
RAP1A is part of the family of RAS-related proteins which possess 50 % AA identity with the classical RAS proteins and have various structural characteristics in common. RAP proteins differ from RAS proteins in their 61st AA, glutamine in RAS is replaced by threonine in RAP proteins.
