SIRT3 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 303 amino acids (118-399a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 33.5kDa. SIRT3 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Purity >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
