MGP Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 98 amino acids (20-96) and having a molecular mass of 11.8 kDa. The MGP is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Purity >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
