Goat Gamma was prepared from normal goat serum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation and salt fractionation followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in precipitin arcs against anti-Goat Serum corresponding to gamma globulins.
