Recombinant Mycobacterium tuberculosis Ag85A (43-338 a.a) produced in Hi-5 cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 32.8kDa (305 a.a in total). Antigen 85A is fused to a His tag at C-terminus and purified by conventional chromatographic techniques. Purity >90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
