It has tumor suppressor activities and that regulation of cell proliferation, extracellular matrix remodeling, and invasive potential are important mechanisms of tumor suppression. Recombinant mouse Ephb4, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, was expressed in insect cell and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
