NS5B is a RNA-dependent RNA polymerase that plays an essential role in the virus replication. Recombinant HCV(Hepatitis C Virus) NS5b protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
