Description
Purified anti-Caldesmon. Caldesmon is a calmodulin-, actin-, and tropomyosin-binding protein that plays an essential role in smooth muscle and non-muscle contraction. This protein is also involved in cellular mitosis and Schwann cell migration during peripheral nerve regeneration.
