Description
Purified anti-human FcRL6. FcRL6, a member of Fc receptor-like family, does not bind Ig. It is expressed on cytotoxic NK and a subset of T cells (primarily CD8+ T cells).? Its expression level correlates with the differentiation state of these cells. This Type I transmembrane glycoprotein consists of three Ig-like domains on its extracellular and a consensus ITIM or non-canonical ITAM-like sequence on its cytoplasmic region. Patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia show higher abundance of this receptor due to expansion of cytotoxic lymphocyte population.
