Description
Purified anti-GATA2. GATA2 is a member of the GATA transription factor family. Mutations in GATA2 lead to impaired development and differentiation of hematopoietic? lineages, including dendritic cells, monocytes, B cells, and natural killer cells. Over the course of differentiation, GATA2 activates expression of the functionally distinct GATA1; promoter-occupied GATA2 is replaced/exhanged at certain promoters with the GATA1 transcription factor, a process known as the GATA switch.
