This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Myosin Light Chain 2, Regulatory, Cardiac. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Myosin Light Chain 2, Regulatory, Cardiac and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. Range: 7.8-500 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 3.1 pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Myosin Light Chain 2, Regulatory, Cardiac were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
