Description
Mouse Anti-VSIG1 Recombinant Antibody (771506). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody against Human VSIG1. The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB, IHC. VSIG1 is a member of the junctional adhesion molecule (JAM) family. VSIG1 contains multiple glycosylation sites at the N-terminal region, and multiple phosphorylation sites and glutamic acid/proline (EP) repeats at the C-terminal region. VSIG1 is expressed in normal stomach and testis, as well as in gastric, esophageal and ovarian cancers.
