Description
CES1G produced in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 556 amino acids (19-565 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 61.9kDa (Migrates at 50-70kDa on SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions). CES1G is expressed with a 6 amino acid His tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Purity >90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
