Mouse Anti-CACNA1S Recombinant Antibody (2Q298). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to Calcium Voltage-Gated Channel Subunit Alpha1 S (CACNA1S). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as FC, IP, WB. CACNA1S is one of the five subunits of the slowly inactivating L-type voltage-dependent calcium channel in skeletal muscle cells. Mutations in CACNA1S have been associated with hypokalemic periodic paralysis, thyrotoxic periodic paralysis and malignant hyperthermia susceptibility.
