    DescriptionAnti-TNFRSF8 (cCA10)-β-glucuronide-doxorubicin propyloxazoline (DPO) ADC. This Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) product is comprised of an anti-TNFRSF8 monoclonal antibody (cCA10) conjugated via a β-glucuronide linker to a doxorubicin propyloxazoline (DPO). The doxorubicin propyloxazoline (DPO) is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis. Within the cell, doxorubicin propyloxazoline (DPO) binds to tubulins, interrupts microtubule dynamics, and subsequently, induces cell death.
