Description
Rabbit Anti-PAX3 Recombinant Antibody (16H22L10). This product is a rabbit antibody that recognizes PAX3 of human. The antibody 16H22L10 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: WB, IF, ICC, ELISA. Members of the PAX family typically contain a paired box domain and a paired-type homeodomain and play critical roles during fetal development. PAX3 (paired box 3) is a member of the paired box (PAX) family of transcription factors. Mutations in PAX3 are associated with Waardenburg syndrome, craniofacial-deafness-hand syndrome, and alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma.
