Mouse Anti-LIME1 Recombinant Antibody (CBYJL-1711). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to Lck Interacting Transmembrane Adaptor 1 (LIME1). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB. LIME1 is a transmembrane adaptor protein that links the T and B-cell receptor stimulation to downstream signaling pathways via its association with the Src family kinases Lck and Lyn, respectively. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants. LIME1 involved in BCR (B-cell antigen receptor)-mediated signaling in B-cells and TCR (T-cell antigen receptor)-mediated T-cell signaling in T-cells.
