Recombinant Anti-EGFR x Anti-CD16 Bispecific Antibody (Single-chain Triplebody) is designed to be expressed as a single chain with three scFv units, two distal binding sites for EGFR and a central site for CD16. It contains a His-tag at the C/N terminus for affinity purification. This BsAb can retarget NK cells to tumor cells.
