Description
Mouse Anti-MCPH1 Recombinant Antibody (14F3). This product is a mouse antibody that recognizes MCPH1 of human. The antibody 14F3 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: ELISA, MA. This gene encodes a DNA damage response protein. The encoded protein may play a role in G2/M checkpoint arrest via maintenance of inhibitory phosphorylation of cyclin-dependent kinase 1. The protein is implicated in chromosome condensation and DNA damage induced cellular responses. It may also play a role in neurogenesis and regulation of the size of the cerebral cortex.
