Description
Rat Anti-TNFRSF11B Recombinant Antibody (CBYJT-3701). Provided herein is a Rat monoclonal antibody, which binds to TNFRSF11B (TNF Receptor Superfamily Member 11b). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as IP, FC. TNFRSF11B is a member of the TNF-receptor superfamily. It is an osteoblast-secreted decoy receptor that plays a role as a negative regulator of bone resorption. TNFRSF11B specifically binds to its ligand, osteoprotegerin ligand, both of which are key extracellular regulators of osteoclast development. Studies of the mouse counterpart also suggest that this protein and its ligand function in lymph-node organogenesis and vascular calcification.
