AceGScript II Reverse Transcriptase is a genetically engineered MMLV reverse transcriptase (RT) with reduced RNase H activity and increased thermal stability compared to wild-type MMLV RT. AceGScript II RT Master Mix for qPCR is a reverse transcription detection reagent suitable for two-step RT-qPCR. The 5X AceGScript II RT Mix contains all the reagents required for Reverse transcription reactions [AceGScript II Reverse Transcriptase, dNTP, RNase Inhibitor, Random primers/Oligo (dT)23VN Primer Mix and optimized reaction solution]. The volume of RNA template can be up to 80% of the total volume, which is very suitable for the reverse transcription reaction of low concentration RNA template. 5 x AceGScript II RT Mix will not freeze at -20°C storage, which is very convenient to use.
