The H1N1 (A/Puerto Rico/8/1934) HA ELISA Pair Set is for the quantitative determination of H1N1 (A/Puerto Rico/8/1934) HA.This ELISA Pair Set contains the basic components required for the development of sandwich ELISAs.The Sino Biological ELISA Pair Set is a solidphase sandwich ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay). It utilizes amonoclonal antibody specific for H1N1 (A/Puerto Rico/8/1934) HA coated on a96-well plate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, and any H1N1 ( A/Puerto Rico/8/1934) HA present binds to the immobilized antibody. The wellsare washed and a horseradish peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-H1N1(A/Puerto Rico/8/1934) HA monoclonal antibody isthen added, producing an antibody-antigen-antibody sandwich. The wells areagain washed and TMB substrate solution is loaded, which produces color inproportion to the amount of H1N1 (A/Puerto Rico/8/1934) HA present in thesample. To end the enzyme reaction, the stop solution is added and absorbancesof the microwell are read at 450 nm.
