Besides CAR-T cell construction, Creative Biolabs can also provide Chimeric Antigen Receptors (CARs) modified NK cells for different cancer research purposes. Based on the well understanding of immune response, we recognize that NK cell is also a very promising effector for cancer treatment. Our engineered NK cells express CARs with high activity against cancer cells. Compared with T cells, CAR-NK cells is able to produce allogeneic NK cells without leading to the graft-versus-host disease. Another feature of CAR-NK cells is that suicide genes are not required for regulating CAR-NK cells life span in vivo, which decreases the side effects in clinical trials.
