| Description | ARF6 Polyclonal Antibody. ADP-ribosylation factor 6 (ARF6) is a guanine nucleotide-binding protein involved in protein trafficking and the regulation of endocytic recycling and cytoskeleton remodeling. As part of the RAS superfamily, Arf-6 stimulates the ADP-ribosyltransferase activity of cholera toxin and play a role in vesicular trafficking and as activators of phospholipase D. It may also be involved in dendritic spine development and the regulation of dendritic branching and filopodia extension. |
