| Description | Mouse Anti-MYL12B (AA 73-173) Recombinant Antibody (CBFYM-2951). This product is mouse antibody that recognizes MYL12B. The antibody CBFYM-2951 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: ELISA. The activity of nonmuscle myosin II is regulated by phosphorylation of a regulatory light chain, such as MRLC2. This phosphorylation results in higher MgATPase activity and the assembly of myosin II filaments. |
