Product NameLEGENDplex? Human Inflammation Panel (13-plex)
DescriptionTissue injury or non-self antigens can trigger inflammatory responses, mediated by various cytokines and chemokines. Inappropriate activation of inflammatory responses is the underlying cause of many common diseases and inflammatory reactions. Therefore, accurate measurement of inflammatory cytokines is important in understanding the immune responses and disease processes. The LEGENDplex? Human Inflammation Panel is a multiplex bead-based assay panel, using fluorescence–encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. This panel allows simultaneous quantification of 13 human inflammatory cytokines/chemokines, including IL-1β, IFN-α2, IFN-γ, TNF-α, MCP-1 (CCL2), IL-6, IL-8 (CXCL8), IL-10, IL-12p70, IL-17A, IL-18, IL-23, and IL-33. This assay panel provides higher detection sensitivities and broader dynamic ranges than traditional ELISA methods. The panel has been validated by detecting expected changes in biological samples.A LEGENDplex? Mix and Match system is available to customize assays for specificities within this panel.
