T helper (Th) cells play an important role in regulating immune reponses. They secrete cytokines to stimulate various effector cells, such as cytotoxic T cells, B cells, and macrophages. Accurate measurement of Th cytokine expression is critical to identify the corresponding Th cells and for in-depth understanding of the immune responses. The Human Th22 Panel is a multiplex bead-based assay panel, using fluorescence-encoded beads suitable for use on various flow cytometers. This panel allows simultaneous quantification of four human cytokines, including IL-6, IL-10, IL-22 and TNF-α, which are secreted by Th22 cells. This assay panel provides higher detection sensitivities and broader dynamic ranges than traditional ELISA methods. The panel has been validated for use with serum and cell culture supernatant samples. Use caution when using plasma samples due to compromised accuracy in these samples.
