    DescriptionTTLL11 Polyclonal Antibody. TTLL11 is a polyglutamase which preferentially modifies alpha-tubulin. It is involved in the side-chain elongation step of the polyglutamylation reaction rather than in the initiation step. TTLL11 is required for CCSAP localization to both spindle and cilia microtubules.
