    DescriptionMouse Anti-ATG14 Recombinant Antibody (1F7C10). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody against Human Autophagy Related 14. The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB, IF, ELISA. ATG14 is required for both basal and inducible autophagy. ATG14 determines the localization of the autophagy-specific PI3-kinase complex PI3KC3-C1. ATG14 plays a role in autophagosome formation and MAP1LC3/LC3 conjugation to phosphatidylethanolamine.
