| Description | Mouse Anti-CHRDL1 (AA 347-457) Recombinant Antibody (CBFYC-1850). This product is mouse antibody that recognizes CHRDL1. The antibody CBFYC-1850 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: ELISA, WB. This gene encodes an antagonist of bone morphogenetic protein 4. The encoded protein may play a role in topographic retinotectal projection and in the regulation of retinal angiogenesis in response to hypoxia. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described. |
