Rat Anti-Lepr Recombinant Antibody (CBYJL-2528). Provided herein is a Rat monoclonal antibody, which binds to Leptin Receptor (Lepr). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB. On ligand binding, leptin receptor mediates LEP central and peripheral effects through the activation of different signaling pathways such as JAK2/STAT3 and MAPK cascade/FOS.
