Description
Rabbit IgG polyclonal Picoband? antibody for Formin-1(FMN1) detection. Tested with WB, IHC-P in Human;Mouse;Rat. No cross reactivity with other proteins. Formins, such as FMN1, are actin-nucleating proteins involved in cell polarity, cytokinesis, cell migration, and transcriptional activity. This FMN1 gene belongs to the formin homology family and encodes a protein that has a role in the formation of adherens junction and the polymerization of linear actin cables. The homologous gene in mouse is associated with limb deformity. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene.

E. coli-derived human FMN1 recombinant protein (Position: N1195-N1419). Human FMN1 shares 93.8% amino acid (aa) sequence identity with mouse FMN1.
