Rabbit Anti-KARS Recombinant Antibody (CBYJL-259). Provided herein is a Rabbit monoclonal antibody, which binds to Lysyl-TRNA Synthetase (KARS). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB, IP, IHC-P, ICC, IF. Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases are a class of enzymes that charge tRNAs with their cognate amino acids. Lysyl-tRNA synthetase is a homodimer localized to the cytoplasm which belongs to the class II family of tRNA synthetases. KARS has been shown to be a target of autoantibodies in the human autoimmune diseases, dermatomyositis or polymyositis. It has been found that alternatively spliced transcript variants encode different isoforms for this gene.
