Description
Rabbit Anti-Human GLUT1 Polyclonal. Detects ~54kDa, endogenous levels of total GLUT1 protein. A 1:1000 dilution of SPC-1295 was sufficient for detection of GLUT1 in 10 μg of Jurkat cell lysates by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
