Rabbit Anti-APBB1 Recombinant Antibody (BA0242). This product is a rabbit antibody that recognizes APBB1. The antibody BA0242 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: WB, IHC-P, ICC. Hu et al. (1998) detected several polymorphisms in the FE65 gene. In the 84-bp intron (intron 13), which interrupts 2 exons encoding the APP binding site, they found a biallelic polymorphism. The frequency of the minor allele in this intron was 0.097 in dementia of the Alzheimer type (DAT) cases and 0.161 in controls.
