Recombinant Anti-Ang2 x Anti-VEGFA Bispecific Antibody (CrossMab) is designed to be expressed as four chains with knobs-into-holes mutations and domain crossover. After one or multi-steps purification, high-purity antibody can be obtained. This BsAb is capable of inhibiting two proangiogenics fators and a combined blockade of them has a greater inhibitory efficacy compared with inhibition of either factor alone. It is designed for the research of Colorectal cancer (CRC); Solid tumors; Wet AMD (Age-related macular degeneration); Diabetic macular edema therapy.
