Description
Recombinant Anti-Ang2 x Anti-VEGFA Bispecific Antibody (Diabody) is designed to be expressed as two polypeptide chains respectively. The two chains are cross-over pairing to form a dimer. It contains a His-tag for affinity purification. This BsAb is capable of inhibiting two proangiogenics fators and a combined blockade of them has a greater inhibitory efficacy compared with inhibition of either factor alone. It is designed for the research of Colorectal cancer (CRC); Solid tumors; Wet AMD (Age-related macular degeneration); Diabetic macular edema therapy.
