Description
Recombinant Anti-Ang2 x Anti-VEGFA Bispecific Antibody (Single-chain Diabody) is designed to be expressed as one polypeptide chain with four variable domains from two parental antibodies. The middle linker is long enough to form scFv dimers between the two diabody chains. This BsAb is capable of inhibiting two proangiogenics fators and a combined blockade of them has a greater inhibitory efficacy compared with inhibition of either factor alone. It is designed for the research of Colorectal cancer (CRC); Solid tumors; Wet AMD (Age-related macular degeneration); Diabetic macular edema therapy.
