| Description | Rabbit Anti-ANKRD28 (Phosphorylated S1040) Polyclonal Antibody (PTM-CBPAB-0192YC). Provided herein is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody against Ankyrin Repeat Domain 28. The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB. ANKRD28 is putative regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 6 (PP6) that may be involved in the recognition of phosphoprotein substrates. ANKRD28 is involved in the PP6-mediated dephosphorylation of NFKBIE opposing its degradation in response to TNF-alpha. ANKRD28 also selectively inhibits the phosphatase activity of PPP1C. |
